Moving house can be a very stressful and even traumatic experience. Not only is a house purchase likely to be the most expensive financial transaction in most peoples' lives but it is also likely to be the most complicated. You may need to deal with your buyer and/or seller, surveyors, estate agents, banks, building societies, brokers and insurance agents (who in turn will be dealing with other parties in the transaction all with different requirements). We aim to guide you through the whole transaction as quickly as possible with the minimum of stress: we will keep you informed of progress and we will give you advice on mortgages, surveys, deposits, etc.

If you decide to use us your transaction will be carried out by experienced qualified property lawyers who will usually be available to take your calls but even if you are not able to speak to the conveyancer concerned someone will always be available to provide an up-to-date report on the current situation on your file.
